Kevin McGrath's life is about "Perspective" and "Perservence." He works in Alexandria, Virginia and is in his 15th year as an elementary physical education teacher. He grew-up in New York City. He remembers moving from city-to-city while his parents faced a variety of Life's Obstacles ( jail and terminal illness). Years later, he started his career as a teacher in Brooklyn. He created Adopt-a-Gym to allow kids to take the lead in giving others the physical education opportunities that every student deserves. Kevin has been showcased on ESPEChat and Physedagogy’s Voxcast and partners with teachers from all over to raise funds for schools in need hoping to one day eliminate inequity in the P.E. setting.
