Come to this interactive session to learn many of the basic signs used in physical education. Most children who are Deaf or hard-of-hearing are now included in their local schools. Some come with interpreters and some do not. See how sign language can enhance your lessons as signing is visual, fun, and memorable. Additional resources such as books, videos, and apps will be shared as well.

Dr. Lauren Lieberman is a Distinguished Service Professor at The College at Brockport. She teaches Graduate and Undergraduate courses in Adapted Physical Education.
