This activity-based session will assist participants will learn how to implement an effective touch rugby unit in to their PE classes. Suitable for inside or outside and for all students, this lifelong physically active sport has a long tradition of camaraderie, values and ethical behavior.

Learning through playing some games, participants will learn simple activities that they can implement with their students to teach this active fast paced exciting and unique sport. This is an activity that is exciting and engaging for most students due to its novelty and the student centered learning that takes place. It is truly a team game in that all players get to run, pass, score, defend, attack etc.,
