Dr. Jayne Greenberg is  a national and international physical education consultant.  In this session, she will share her extensive experiences while working for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the 4th largest district in the United States.  Jayne writes:  "Two of the most important issues facing physical educators at all levels are how to advocate for your programs and how to secure funding for innovative programming.  This session is designed to provide a detailed framework, practical strategies, and examples and tips on how to plan, develop, and conduct community wide special events with the end goal of widespread advocacy and funding opportunities."
