Gary Davis is a proud graduate of Claflin University and teaches at Statesville Road Elementary School for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools (CMS). He has been teaching in the "Wonderful World of Physical Education" for over 15 years. During this time, Gary has inspired and coached children and youth in the Mecklenburg County area. He is a certified personal trainer with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), SHAPE America, and the National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS). He continues to expand his knowledge of physical education through professional development workshops and the National PE & School Sport Institute.
